FUNDING SUPPORT: Hope House services are funded through a Beltrami County contract/State of Minnesota Department of Human Services block grant. Other funding includes Medical Assistance, Medicare, private insurance, donations, and the United Way of Bemidji Area. Private Foundations. The community support program has been available in Beltrami County since 1980. Community Support Systems, Inc., a nonprofit 501©3 organization, has administered the Hope House programs since 1990, and has been ARMHS-certified through the State of MN Department of Human services since 2002.
